We assist and provide advice to client's  on the equitable distribution of net family property following the breakdown of a marriage. We tailor our approach to property issues on a case by case basis and advise clients on specific circumstances which may impact the distribution of property . Property division can be complex and contentious, nevertheless we strive to assist client's in reaching a resolution which is fair and well-considered.

We provide a range of legal services pertaining to child and spousal support claims. We assist clients in determining entitlement to support as well as the amount of support based on their particular set of circumstances.  We also assist clients seeking to modify or vary support arrangements both in court and through alternative dispute resolution. We also assist in the enforcement of support orders where a payor has failed to comply with their support obligations.

We provide our client's with knowledgable and thoughtful representation throughout the negotiation, drafting and execution of domestic contracts. This includes  marriage contracts, separation agreements, cohabitation agreements and parenting plans.  

We offer a flat rate service for simple divorces where all other issues have been resolved by the parties.

We offer clients  Independent Legal Advice on domestic contracts as well as unbundled legal services if  suited to the client's needs and wishes.
